We can arrange an Emergency Response System (Panic Button) installed into their home, for

someone living alone or with any health concerns. Please call the Dr Martin Day Centre,

Portlaw; also there is an excellent offer at the moment. We can apply through Pobal for

equipment; first-year monitoring fee is free and 66 euros yearly after that. Anyone is

welcome to help in our centre and I can also help with disability parking permits for anyone

eligible.

October 28th:

We are now open from 10am until 2pm every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. We will

be extending until 4pm shortly. Our weekly activities include chair yoga, use of treadmill, use

of computers and tablets, bingo, exercise class with Darren, meditation, quizzes and our life

story books. We will also have music back soon on a Wednesday.
